End of Support indicates that support for this version will be officially discontinued under standard Maintenance and Support contracts however, Extended Support Services options are available.

End of Life indicates that all engineering efforts on those versions has been discontinued and those versions will no longer be eligible for support through Empresa Technical Assistance unless an Extended Support Services Plan is in effect.

End of Engineering indicates that development for those versions identified has been discontinued. While these versions are still supported there will be no additional development efforts or service pack releases made on these products.

End of Compatibility with NT 4.0 Server. eChange V3.2 is the last version that supports the Windows NT 4.0 Server operating system. Later releases of eChange do not support this platform.
