Services provided include: upgrading and migrating eChange servers to latest operating systems; upgrading previous versions to the latest eChange release; optimizing eChange server performance and implementing best practices in eChange configuration.

eChange Business Solution Service eChange improves productivity and efficiency significantly when fully implemented in a workgroup or enterprise. Empresa is committed to ensuring that customers are utilizing eChange to its absolute potential and maximizing their return on investment. As part of the eChange Business Solution Service, Empresa will review present practices in document management at the customer site and discover and recommend ways in which to leverage the vast eChange capabilities such as smart containers, stored searches, container organization, workflow processes, viewing and collaboration to solve business problems.

eChange Education Service Empresa Professional Services will provide on-site product training sessions for configuration managers, administrators and end-users to implement and fully leverage the document control capabilities of eChange.
