Effective partner education plays a crucial role in the following areas:

To ensure that all Partner skills are current with the product and that new partners are brought quickly up to speed, Empresa offers its eChange Technical Education for Partners throughout the year in both North America and abroad for international partners.

Empresa Customer Education
Empresa Solutions is committed to ensuring that all customers have the best possible information and education to enable you to take full advantage of the capabilities of eChange in your business environment. Empresa has developed education offerings that benefit administrators, users and IT personnel. The goal of providing customer education is to ensure that:

  ·   the most effective document management practices are implemented
  ·   the optimum configuration implemented
  ·   customers leverage the power of product updates

Empresa provides flexible alternative for classes. These classes can be delivered as is or customized to your specific areas of interest. Customers can attend at the Empresa Solutions headquarters location or central and on-site environments can be accommodated.

Empresa provides a suite of product education offerings for system administrators, configuration managers, vault administrators and end-users to implement and fully leverage eChange's document management capabilities. These services can be used to educate IT personnel and administrators to perform installation, maintenance and upgrades for eChange systems. The following sessions are offered at customer sites:


  ·   eChange End-User Training
Empresa Services Professional will provide on-site Product training sessions for end-users to implement and fully leverage eChange's document control capabilities. Customers can avail this service to educate IT personnel, administrators and engineers to carry out maintain and upgrade eChange Solutions.


  ·   eChange Vault Administration Training
eChange offers a highly flexible document organization, control and management system, which allows administrators, configuration managers and vault administrators to organize and manage documents to fit their business needs. Empresa provides Vault Administration training to eChange administrators and configuration managers to expand their document management capabilities and derive maximum return on investment.


  ·   eChange Installation and Configuration training
Empresa provides installation and configuration training to support eChange expansion, up gradation and migration in larger customer environments. This will enable customers' IT departments to expand use of eChange across the enterprise.
