| PRICING |
Kinnosa is priced in tiers, based on the size of the user group, and includes software, an embedded database engine, portal server, search capability and drawing visualization tools. A one-time licensing fee is required for Kinnosa. Annual maintenance and support contracts provide a full range of support services. Enhanced support programs are also available at a higher cost. Kinnosa pricing is available upon request, with discounts available with volume. Kinnosa capability can also be obtained for a monthly all-inclusive fee. Implementation, training, and integration services are provided, at additional cost, and are performed by Empresa field engineers or by integration partners at standard rates.

| DISTRIBUTION |
Empresa Solutions sells the Kinnosa product suite through direct and indirect channels. Direct sales are led by a combination of a direct sales force, key industry experts and technology alliances, including close relationships with technology vendors. In addition, the Company is developing the Kinnosa channels to include a global network of systems integrators, resellers and solution providers. These partners are responsible to identify prospects, develop leads and forecast and close business. They also install and configure the product to the customer's needs.

| SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE |
Empresa Solutions' three-tiered technical support organization, known as the Empresa Technical Assistance (ETA) provides an all-inclusive maintenance and support program for the entire family of Empresa Solutions products. With an annual Maintenance and Support agreement, Empresa customers have access to a wealth of technical information, including technical notes, alerts and software updates or patch releases. Three levels of technical support plans provide flexible options to address whatever support needs the customers may have.

| SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS |
A physical implementation of Kinnosa requires the installation of the primary components on a PDMWORKS server. The PDMWORKS server environment requires a Windows platform. The minimum recommended configuration for a production environment is a dual processor machine, 2400 MHz or higher with 2 GB memory and suitable disk space.
