Empresa Solutions sells its eChange product suite through direct and indirect channels.
Direct sales are led by a combination of a direct sales force and technology alliances,
including close relationships with computer-aided-design technology vendors. In addition,
the Company sells eChange through a global network of resellers and solutions providers.
These partners are responsible to identify prospects, develop leads and forecast and close
business. They also install and configure the product to the customer's needs.

eChange Solutions is currently available direct from Empresa or through global partners.
License options include both named and concurrent licenses and are priced starting at $745.
User license maintenance and support is available on an annual basis, although multi-use
contracts are available.

| SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE |
Empresa Solutions' three-tiered technical support organization, known as the Empresa Technical
Assistance (ETA) provides an all-inclusive maintenance and support program for the entire family
of Empresa Solutions products. With an annual Maintenance and Support agreement, Empresa
customers have access to a wealth of technical information, including technical notes, alerts
and software updates or patch releases. Three levels of technical support plans provide flexible
options to address whatever support needs the customers may have.
