marketing and technology. They have been responsible for the successful development of the key strategic alliances that exist today with leading technology platform and software companies, consultancies and solutions providers.
Michael S. Williams
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Williams has been Chairman of the Board since September, 2004. Since 1995, he has been the Chief Executive Officer
and Chief Portfolio Officer of Aztoré Holdings, Inc. Aztoré operates as a non-diversified, closed-end, management
investment-company. Aztoré’s portfolio companies consist of potentially high growth, early stage companies.
Mr. Williams sits as a member of Board of Director on several of these companies.
From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Williams founded and was a Managing Director of Bulldog Investment Company, LLC
and from 1990 to 1993, he was the sole principal of Bucher & Williams, a private investment and consulting company.
Between 1987 and 1990, Mr. Williams was the President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of ShareData Inc. ("SDI"),
a public software development and marketing company.
For six years prior to 1987, Mr. Williams was employed in the securities business as an investment banker in Detroit, Michigan.
He obtained an M.B.A. degree in Strategic Planning and Corporate Finance from the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1974.

Terry Simpson

Mr. Simpson, Empresa CEO, is a seasoned executive with proven expertise in information technology, systems architecture
and business management. He has significant product development experience, including software and solutions in the
manufacturing industry; has run software development organizations; has been involved in starting up new companies,
including Value Added Resellers and commercial software development companies; was a key player in creating internationally-based
organizations; and has held a broad range of hands-on technical and managerial positions. He has extensive, in-depth experience
in successfully running a global technology enterprise in every key area from technology to operations.
Over the past 20+ years, he has gained a solid reputation among colleagues and customers alike as an information technology executive
with a rare balance of strategic insight, operational expertise, hands-on technological and financial skills, and sales and marketing savvy.
Mr. Simpson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from West Virginia University.

Lanny R. Lang
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lang has been our Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director since September, 2004. He has served in identical capacities
with other firms including Aztoré Holdings, Inc. Mr. Lang holds various officer and director positions in the many of Aztoré’s Portfolio Companies.
From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Lang founded and was a Managing Director of Bulldog. Between 1992 and 1993, he was the principal of Lang Financial Services, Inc.,
a private management and accounting consulting firm. From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Lang was the Controller and Treasurer of SDI.
Prior to joining SDI, Mr. Lang was employed by Price Waterhouse.
He obtained his B.A. Degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 1980.
